The process of buying is a series of small steps, all handled carefully by Randy and Alexander, so the entire process is worry-free. We are here to solve problems, and to ensure that you find the right house or condo, no matter how long it takes.

The plan
Getting you Home.
Step one
Get pre-approved. We can introduce you to an experienced mortgage specialist. Obtaining a pre-approval ensures that you shop with confidence and within your budget. This step can improve the odds of getting the house during negotiations.
Step two
Tour real homes. Online photos often mispresent the condition of a house. Each step along the way, during every showing, we will guide you, by showing the good and bad elements. We want you to find a great home, no matter how long it takes.
Step three
Make an offer. We'll work with your needs, from price, to the closing date and we'll insert any clauses and conditions into the offer that will protect you. Our offers are tailored to you.
Step four
We'll help you to complete any conditions, and we'll be with you at a home inspection to lend support and advice. Confirming the mortgage, getting insurance and helping you to prepare for the closing date is all a part of our process.
